Quarter Grassfed Beef
At North Fork Farms we raise heritage Belted Galloways and American Milking Devons on pasture and hay in the winter. These cattle are rotationally grazed to improve soil health and regenerate our farmland. Beltie beef is incredibly flavorful and, because ours is grassfed and grass-finished, it is also low in fat and calories, and full of healthy Omega fatty acids. We sell pre-determined packages that include all processing costs and home delivery within 100 miles from our farm in Mazeppa, MN (Twin Cities Metro and Rochester are both within our delivery range). You have two options for an Quarter of Grassfed Beef:
Quarter Ground Beef Pack* (total 92-94lbs):
2 boneless ribeye steaks (~2lbs)
93-94lbs lean ground beef (can include 15lbs all-beef patties when available)
Quarter Variety Pack* (total of 92-94lbs):
16-18 boneless steaks: 4 each of tenderloin, NY strip, and sirloin: and 4-6 rib eye (12-14lbs)
1 sirloin tip roast (2-4lbs)
1 half brisket (2-4lbs)
4 chuck roasts and/or short ribs (8-12lbs)
55-65lbs lean ground beef (can include 10lbs all-beef patties when available)
*When available: spare ribs, soup bones, organ meats and suet can be substituted for other package items at 2lbs for every 1lb of package weight
